Narrative & Brand Manual

Cipla Foundation is the CSR arm of Cipla Pharmaceuticals. When the Foundation because a separate entity it required its own identity, keeping in mind the legacy and values of its parent company. We worked with the Cipla team to define its identity and created their brand voice, tone, content and photography guidelines

We did several conversations with their team and stakeholders to understand the culture of the parent organisation and also how they wanted to uniquely position themselves. Since they have a small team, we designed the brand book in a manner that was very simple for them to understand and use. The brand voice and content guidelines included several examples for the team to easily relate to and implement on when they are communicating. Photography is an integral part of the organisation’s communication. The photo guidelines included simple guidelines to take and select photos that represent the Cipla Foundation brand personality.
