Meghna comes with over 18 years of marketing and communications experience with corporate and social sector companies. She worked on marketing strategy at Anand Bazaar Patrika and 9.9 Media, media planning at Mindshare’s New York and Mumbai offices, and then led the communications team at Teach For India. Meghna has an MBA from The Indian School of Business, and a BA in psychology and communications from Hamilton College, NY.

Harish brings a user-centered approach to his design practice. He brings years of experience in ethnographic research, print and digital design, and brand strategy. Harish has previously worked as a designer with JWT New York, and Teach For India. He has been instrumental in building the studio’s research and design process. His work has been internationally recognized and awarded the William Drenttel Award for Excellence in Design. Harish holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Adhishree has spent close to nine years in the education sector in India. She has vast on-ground experience in teaching and building communities with students, teachers, parents and other key stakeholders. Adhishree has previously worked as a Strategic Consultant with Teach For Bangladesh, and Generation — McKinsey’s social arm, focussing on Alumni Impact and Curriculum Design respectively. As a Senior Alumni Manager at Teach For India, she designed and led platforms of collaboration for over 200 educators driving systemic change. At the Studio, she brings her in-depth field knowledge and experience into her practice. Adhishree has been a Teach For India Fellow, and holds a Masters in International Business & Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh.
