Studio Subu was setup in 2015 as a small independent practice providing strategy, communications and design support to organisations driving social change in India. The practice is centred around simplifying the way orgs break down their work, deliver programs, document and showcase impact, and cut through to donors, partners, supporters and end beneficiaries.
SS is run by Meghna and Harish.
The studio picks up limited, layered projects every year. The projects/cases range from 360 comms & brand rebuild, to targeted qualitative impact documentation assistance, org./comms strategy construction, program design & delivery, and long-term fractional leadership & advisory support.
