The Need
Planning and executing communications can be a lonely and daunting task
While working and training several organisations, we have realised that many teams would like some level of ongoing guidance and support as they explore creating and building communications materials for their organisations. This service is designed for organisations that are working with limited resources and budgets but are keen to find a way to be guided to build powerful solutions.
The Blueprint Project provides customised 1-1 support to organisations for specific, targeted projects that they are working on. These could range from revamping their website, brand narrative, building pitch decks or brochures, social media content and strategy, to creating specific materials for the program/ events etc.
Program Overview
We will guide and train your team to implement your comms tasks
BP is a 5 week long engagement which includes the following components

Team Workshop
We start the project with a 2-day in person workshop with the leadership team of the organisation, where we get an in-depth understanding of the organisation, org goals and challenges, target audiences, current perceptions etc. We use this time for brainstorming and ideating on the identified task, and arrive at a clear plan of action for the next 4 weeks.

Weekly Check-ins
Every week, we set clear tasks for the org team to implement and do a check-in call at the end of the team to evaluate/ review progress, give feedback, and plan for the next week. This could include upskilling on certain aspects that are required to get the job done.

Follow up Calls
We offer two additional calls in week 7 and 11 to see if everything was complete and if there is anything pending that needs support.

Clarity and confidence to take your projects to the finish line
Implementing various communications components can be a daunting and lonely process. Through the BP program, you will have the Studio team by your side to provide you with whatever assistance you need - ideating, addressing blockers, up-skilling, reviewing and critiquing work - to take your project to the finish line.
By the end of our engagement, you will have completed at least 80% of your task and will have a clear roadmap to the finish. You will get frameworks, templates, tools, and tips on how to implement various components of your task in a more effective and efficient manner. You will get the Studio’s advice and approval on your words and visuals that will steer you in the right direction.
