    • Final 15 mins of the meeting will be reserved for of reflections and closing thoughts

  • The bootcamp is meant to be a rigorous 14 week journey to get your organisation's foundational communication pieces in place. Each organisation will be assigned their own action plan keeping priorities, skill levels and team sizes in mind. The action plan will include a combination of research, writing, designing and curation of materials/experiences. These action plans are designed keeping the deadlines in mind. If your team commits to giving it 100%, you should be able to complete the tasks. By the end of 14 weeks, we are hoping to help you strengthen certain critical aspects of your organisation's communications.

The commitment needed from your team

Expect 60-70% of your time for the next 2 months being taking by this program. This may vary depending on how many members from your team you plan to involve. We have carefully mapped each week during the program. It is critical for you to stay on track and ensure you are allocating time every week to make visible progress in your action plan. You will be expected to attend all masterclasses and 1-1 feedback meetings unless you have an emergency. The success of the program hinges on the effort your team puts into executing the action plan.

    Team Subu's Role

Team Subu is here to give you as much knowledge, guidance and feedback as possible each week. The depth and detail in the feedback will depend on how much work you have put into the action plan. You have limited interaction time, hence it is crucial for you to be prepared, and maximise every touch point opportunity you get. We are 100% committed, and we genuinely want you to finish the program with powerful outputs that can enhance your org's communications experience.

  • Each organisation has been assigned their own individual google drive folder to upload and share resources.
This folder is only shared with your org representatives and Team Subu.

    • Please use your organisation's designated drive folder to share all resources and materials

    • The folder has 2 parts

      • "Shared by Studio Subu" (For materials, documents and resources that Team Subu will share with you)

      • "Shared by Your Org" (For materials, docs and resources shared by your team)

    DESIGNATED GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDERS

  • Here is a quick recap on all the topics we covered at the residency training conducted in Mumbai in September 2023.  Download all session decks to go through the foundational tools and frameworks shared during the 3 days.

Sessions covered the 6 topics listed below:

    • The starter kit to strengthen your brand communications for fundraising and expansion

    • Structuring a comprehensive annual communications strategy that adapts to your org goals

    • Customising your narrative pitch for different

    • The foundation of constructing an in-house communications team for the future

  • We are always interested to learn about the different ways our participants go on to build powerful communications after the bootcamp. We host several online meet-ups and interactions across the year to exchange learnings, ideas and insights within our 80+ member community whatsapp group. If you're interested to join the community post the program, you can write to siddhika@studiosubu.com to get the access link.

We also offer specialised yearlong 1-1 assistance for orgs where the Studio Subu team provides strategic planning and advisory support. Learn more about this program on the link below. In case you have any other questions, please write to us at mail@studiosubu.com

  • We are a small team doing targeted work for organisations driving social change. We have been working hard in helping the market change its perception of the role of communications & design, and begin investing more in research-backed solutions. This has been a slow change. There is still a lot more work to be done, and a lot more support needed. Over the last 9 years, our team has engaged with over 200+ organisations through its services, training & capacity building programs and short courses. Our partner organisations work across the field of Health & Nutrition, Education, Youth Leadership, Water, Housing, Road Safety, Community Development, Gender, and Women Empowerment.

The Studio Subu team will be with you across the 14 weeks of the program. Reach out to us with any questions you might have or to just say hi!
