Teach For India's team had grown exponentially in size over the years, spread across multiple cities. The brand required a detailed consolidation to maintain consistency and a unified voice as it started decentralising its marketing and communications in parts. This project was an extensive 16 week brand consolidation exercise involving in-depth study of the current needs and usage patterns, and preparing the brand for its long-term goals for communications and outreach. What you see is the visual aspect of the exercise. Additionally there was a detailed content and photography consolidation, and a digital archiving component to the project that the TFI internal team has private access to.
